The remaining balance of $1,000 will be due by July 1, 2026

AND ONCE done filling out the form, please be sure that you CHECK OUT all the way. You will not be charged anything but you will need to provide your email (again) and a “Billing Address”. And it’s up to you to send in your check as identified. Thank you.
