Please DOWNLOAD • FILL-OUT (sign by DR.) Yes, they are physical forms that need to be printed and mailed in. HIPA laws make it difficult for a small outfit like ours to handle digital medical information legally and securely. The camp is in the woods where internet access is limited making paper forms a necessity.

Camp Harmony Lake • 2025
The cost of our 17-day camp is $1,800
Pay the entire $1800 upon registration
OR — Make a $500 deposit upon registration
The remaining amount of $1300.
is due before July 1st.
The deposit is non-refundable after June 15th.

We do our best to keep the camp as economically accessible as possible. If you would like to send your child to camp but aren’t able to afford the full amount and need to make a different arrangement, contact Rev. Kelly, at: carolkellycc@gmail.com –
